Yes. The server picks the outcome and a start time, then pushes it to every device, so the coin lands in sync — within about 100 ms — for every player and spectator. It's one shared flip, not a separate toss on each screen.
Yes, and you can prove it rather than take our word for it. Before any flip happens, the room publishes a SHA-256 hash of the server's secret seed. Each player's browser contributes a seed too — you can replace yours with anything you like. The result is HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, "yourSeed:theirSeed:roundNumber"), and its first hex digit picks the face: even is heads, odd is tails.
When the match ends the server reveals its seed. Hash it and it must match the commitment published beforehand; recompute the HMAC and it must match the result you saw. Publishing a seed after a flip would prove nothing on its own — a server could simply pick a seed that suits the outcome. The commitment is what makes it binding, and the player seeds stop the server from precomputing a favourable one.
